The location of the hotel was excellent. It's close to the tourist information centre, the supermarket and the bus stop. The train station is on the other side of the town but a free shuttle bus is available from the bus stop. The room is clean and comfortable enough but the deco is a bit dated. The air con keeps turning itself on and off and it seems you have to turn the thermostat to almost 0 degrees to prevent it from happening. By that time you would have frozen to death! The wifi connection is rather bad in the room. The mechanical black out blinds seem a good idea at first but the noise they make is awful. It's bad when they wake you up when your neighbours open their blinds at various times in the morning.
