"I and my family of 6 stayed for 12 nights in this hotel while visiting family. The hotel is very nice and our room was very comfortable and spacious. However, Breakfast could be a bit better with some cooked options, meaning that all the warm food options were all frozen items that staff just heats up. Then, there was a certain housekeeper that when up on our floor, she would skip cleaning our room or if she did “clean it,”she would not make the beds. Lastly, it would be nice if there was coin washing/dryer machines. Other than that, our stay was amazing, staff is very courteous and professional, I would book again! "
