「The house and yard was very clean and inviting. The rain left the outdoor patio chairs wet and dirty. But the warm waters of the Spa made up for that. My grandchildren had a blast. A very friendly neighbor and his dog introduced themselves during our visit. The owners set very clear expectations for the use of their property. That made it easy to decline extra visitors I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Memphis. I hope the owners would welcome us back.」

「The Loft was as expected like in description with pictures . We did come across AC issues upon arrival , but Host was on it to get it fixed and prompt to make us feel comfortable. Elijah our host was always attentive to our needs and stayed in full contact with us to makes sure AC was in good working conditions. 「This was a very comfortable unit. Quite neighborhood. Within a few minutes to Beale Street! Everything was clean and well supplied with everything you would need, with the exception of food. A bit of snafu on entering the home, but I do not have email on my phone. The owner arrived within 3 minutes of a phone call. He was great!」

「Location is just a short 5 minute drive to Beale Street, The Bass Pro Shop Pyramid and Mudd Island and it only took us around 20 minutes to reach Graceland. The private parking pad in back of house was a plus. The house was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the little second story belcony. Great place to sit and have an evening drink or morning coffee. During our visit we did noticed a smoke smell upstairs despite the house being non-smoking. Overall I would recommend this property.」
