Met our needs

The location was near family so we didn’t have to do a lot of driving. The place was small but we didn’t need a lot of room. Very clean and surprisingly quiet. We’ll stay there again.

Little piece of nature

A nice little quaint spot off the beaten trail. With all the amenities of home. A short drive from many restaurants and shops. I recommend this spot to anyone wanting to get away from the city.

Host was thorough and direct, followed through exactly as promised with all communication and information both pre-arrival & throughout the process. The accomodations were extremely clean and well maintained, excellent assortment of amenities provided, above and beyond my expectations. Updated and modern, with personal thought put into numerous extras you dont find in many other locations. Will be my forst choice whenever Im in this area, for sure. Highly reccomend! Building was very quiet, the location of the unit in the building is ideal and super convenient for parking arrangments, as well. Neighboring tenants were friendly but not imposing, the wildlife and serene setting make this an excellent spot to vacay, buisness, or even just take a breather from the workweek. 5 stars from me.

Going home

Having previously lived in the village of Armada for 35 years, our 3 week stay felt like going home. Living in this VRBO was a perfect location for visiting family and friends. If we visit Michigan next summer, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this apartment again. I have a couple of suggestions that would make this stay a little better. The bar stools are too tall for the counter height. Shorter stools would be so much more comfortable. Changing the rusted shower curtain rod to a new one would be inexpensive and a needed improvement. Plastic shower curtain rings wouldn’t rust and are available at a dollar tree. If a towel was hung over the shower rod to dry, it wouldn’t get rust spots on it if the rod and rings were replaced. If these changes weren’t made, I’d still chose to rent this apartment.
