“L’hotel è estremamente centrale e molto ben posizionato per visitare a piedi la città. Ha vicino anche un Carrefour aperto più o meno sempre abbastanza ben fornito. La stanza era comoda e pulita. Non lussuosa ma dotata di tutto il necessario. Avere una cuscinetta a disposizione può essere molto comodo. L’hotel offre comunque servizio in camera e una reception 24 Hours. Tutti molto gentili e attenti. Non rifanno la stanza ma chiedendo credo sia possibile avere anche questo servizio. Tengono le……

“This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.). We also booked the transportation……

“Very poor service, you have to beg to come for cleaning the rooms! Old bedding and towels! The corridors are always full of huge black plastic bags full of unwashed laundry!”

“They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay.”
