"The staff were wonderful- the manager Pauline (?) very accommodating. But overall the property was disappointing, although a great location on Old City, nowhere to park car or even un load car! We had to park 20 minutes walk and walk all of our luggage in on foot. They said no taxis could enter. This was a huge problem. Also the rooms had garbage on floor, and the brekkie seemed like it wasn’t made that morning. The beds were decent, the showers fine. Just overall not my favorite accommodation...

"Disappointing and Unpleasant Stay. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel was extremely noisy, crowded with kids running around everywhere, and overall very dirty. The buffet restaurant was particularly bad — the floors were filthy, the tables were not cleaned properly, and the entire food area felt unhygienic. The service was just as bad.
