「I love historic hotels such as this one. Everything is clean and atmospheric ,I liked my room very much. The attached restaurant serves nightly specialtes of local recipes. On the expensive side though I've found all dining in Israel is relatively expensive compared with Europe and other countries. The location is excellent next to Garden Tomb and easily walkable to Damascus Gate. Helpful owner. Breakfast included. Recommended and would stay again. 」

「There is a pub near the hotel. If it is unfortunately arranged to the room facing the pub, it will be disturbed all night. Unfortunately, we are in the room facing the pub. It is a noisy room with a hot air conditioner. It was disappointing that we stayed many nights, but the hotel staff arranged a room in this location. After request, there was a room change. The new room was very good and comfortable. It's perfect except for checking in slowly and with that poor room. 😭 Various breakfast...

「Customer service is the worst among all the hotels which I have stayed in the world. The front desk staff called Clarin is in particular rude, knowledgeless and lazy. The room is dated and dirty. The drainage system is poor and in a desperate need of repair as it takes a long time for waste water to be discharged from the bath tub and every sink.」
