Since the check-in process is entirely self-service, I ran into an issue when my key set did not include the main door entrance key. 「The bedroom was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The decor is older but good quality and the price for a hotel in lovely grounds with a pool and spa can’t be scoffed at. Close to Edinburgh and cheaper than a basic chain hotel in Edinburgh.」
