Sky High Ranch is a quiet community located 5 miles west of Bear Valley. The
development is surrounded by National Forest Land with a small pond (non-
swimming). This beautifully remodeled 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath has a small loft for
extra sleeping and a Mudroom for shedding the wet clothes in the winter
months. The home sleeps 8 with a King, Queen and a set of two Bunk Beds in
addition to the Loft Sleeping Area. Both the Queen and King Bedrooms have
beautifully remodeled marble bathrooms connected, making for two Master Units.
The 3rd Bedroom has a set of 2 Bunk Beds. The Gourmet Kitchen is fully
equipped with stainless steel Viking Appliances and has bar seating in
addition to a large dining room table. There is a Poker/Bumper Pool Table in
addition to a sitting window where you could play chess, read a book or just
sit and watch amazing sunsets.
***In the winter months this home is only accessible by 4WD Vehicles or AWD w/
clearance and chains***

Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk
beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the
guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge
$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper
accommodations.
