Cute and Cozy Cabin

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Murphy's cabin. It appeared as listed. We appreciated the warm blankets and board games. Great location and the best part was we could bring our dog with us. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great

I had a awesome time during my stay and would recommend this cabin to anyone. The cabin was clean and in good repair. The area was great for outdoor activities. Food in the area was great as well, i greatly enjoyed my stay an will be back again.

A break from the Bay Area

We came up to Arnold for a little getaway from the Bay Area and we had an amazing time. Murphys cottage was very clean, spacious and the location was perfect. I loved the covered porch and the rocking chair. It was a lovely spot to curl up with a book. The kitchen island table was expandable and perfect for our game nights. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.

Arnold cabin

We had a great trip to Arnold with our 3 kids on Christmas weekend. The house is beautiful and was in the most convenient location close to the market and restaurants. The house was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This was our fourth time staying at this property. We loved our stay. The cabin had everything we needed. The timing was perfect; we got overnight snow two nights in a row and the kids were able to play and sled in the yard. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The Winter Home

This was our fifth visit to Murphy’s Cottage, and our kids have lovingly nicknamed it "the winter home" since we make annual trips. The cabin is always clean and well-kept, and its location is perfect—close to the main road and nearby stores. It’s equipped with central heating and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, which we love to relax by after a day in the snow at Bear Valley. Plus, it’s just a 35-minute drive to the slopes, making it a convenient and comfortable retreat.

Wonderful Spot

We decided to get out of town for my wife's birthday and found this cute little cabin that would allow dogs! It was everything we could have asked for! The neighborhood we very quiet and the deck was perfect with no neighbors that you could see. We sat out there and played card games.

Beautiful Condo

I have rented a lot of lovely places in Arnold, but somehow I never came upon this place. It’s a beautiful place, lots of amenities, and a perfect place to stay with friends or family. I will definitely be booking here again. Thank Bill for sharing your place with us!

This is our second year staying here. We've enjoyed the space very much, and it's in a great location to lakes and big trees park. This year we noticed dog hair around (not from us), but it doesn't bother us and it's worth it to have a pet friendly place when you need to bring your dog! We hope to return again next year!

Cozy cottage in the woods

This is a great location to access Bear Valley Ski Resort. Also, there are nearby hiking and mountain biking trails we really enjoyed. Neighborhood was quiet. This property has everything you need, not to mention being pet friendly. Owner is very responsive and answers questions quickly, and is also very kind. I left some important prescriptions behind, and he made sure I received them back promptly. Much appreciated! We plan to return next ski season.

Beautiful cabin, great location

Many windows in this cabin sitting among tall trees give you plenty of light. The views of the trees around you soothes the eyes. Open kitchen/living area makes it feel spacious and light. Convenient floor plan makes you comfortable. Parking is easy, you don’t need to back up and there is no steep hill. Close to highway but yet serene and peaceful. Communication with the host is easy and quick. We really enjoyed our stay.
