Guest Access
Guests will have the entire home and property to themselves, with easy self check-in via a secure access code (sent 2-4 days before arrival). Driveway parking is available on-site (chains & 4wd recommended during winter months).

-Peaceful Environment: Lakemont Pines is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Out of respect for our community, no parties or events are allowed.
-Pet Policy: To keep the cabin fresh for all guests, pets are not permitted.
-Guest Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site.
-Safety: Exterior security cameras are installed for guest and property protection (no cameras inside).
-Capacity: Maximum of 8 overnight guests.
