- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front door facing the front outdoor entry and driveway. Camera 2 is on the 3rd-floor balcony facing the driveway and property perimeter. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion
- During winter, Bear Valley’s village roads are closed to cars and groomed for skiing and snowmobiling. Accessing the property may require a short walk from nearby parking (approximately 10 minutes). Guests may use the provided cargo sled to transport belongings, hire a local snowmobile taxi for a flat fee (by appointment), or use a personal snowmobile. Intermediate/advanced skiers and snowboarders can also ski home via the Lunch Run or Home Run trails
