This upper story condo is a spacious open area with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two queen bedrooms, full bath and a three-season room with amazing views of the Amusement Park, Arnolds Park Promenade at Preservation Plaza. Perfect spot to open the windows and listen to the concerts and watch the fireworks! You are only minutes from the beach, coffee shops, fine and casual dining, bike trails and shopping! Take a short walk on Saturday mornings to the Farmer's Market and explore local vendors: produce, flowers, candles, bake goods and live music. Memorial Day through Labor Day 7:30a.m. - Noon.

Girls getaway

Perfect location. Great size an amenities for a group of five. Only issue was bedroom facing street was very warm and whoever sleeps on pullout couch will wake up to sun. However, we enjoyed everything else about it! Would definitely book again.

Excellent stay.

Our accommodations were just as pictured. The apartment is well furnished. The beds are very comfortable. It’s the perfect location. You can’t get ANY closer to the desired activities of Arnold’s Park and Emporium.

Boji Vibes!

Our family enjoyed staying in the heart of Arnold’s Park! Gorgeous sunrise & sunset walks, local shops, the daytime buzz of farmers market, events in the park, live bands, cocktails, numerous dining options, fireworks and the legendary summertime Boji vibes! This upper level condo has a great view out the front porch, it was clean, classy, accommodating to our family and in the perfect location for us to walk anywhere. Super hospitable amenities, comfortable beds, quality linens and easy stay instructions. A great host!

Beautiful apartment in a great location

The property is beautiful and very convenient. A short walk to Arnold's Park (maybe 2 blocks). They have great music at the new outdoor venue. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The bedrooms are large as well. Our place ended up being the gathering point for our group (Family Reunion) because it was so convenient to the park and comfortable to sit in and play games. There are bars in the area but we had no problem with noise. Nice coffee shop downstairs and several restaurants within a block or so. We ate at 2 and the food was good. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. If we are in the area again we will definitely rent this property.

Location location location

We came back for a special visit to Okoboji and feel very lucky to have come across this listing. The location is absolutely perfect for everything from a short walk to Arnold’s Park, shopping at the Emporium and plenty of local restaurants and bars. A small miss-hap with the ac was taken care of immediately. Clean and beautifully furnished we could not have asked for a better stay.
