Quiet, lake front, spacious house, with HUGE yard and huge brand new deck. Walk to everything! Enjoy your coffee on the deck overlooking the lake, walk to breakfast at the nearby cafe, then hit the amusement park and public beach during the day before walking to the Ritz for live music and dinner. A perfect Okoboji day! Public access boat launch is adjacent to the property and there's plenty of room to park your boat and trailer on the property. The house sits on Upper Gar lake, making East/West Lake Okoboji and Minnewashta easily accessible for all the traditional Okoboji activities. Walking distance to two public beaches, the amusement part, the emporium and great restaurants. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, including one with a comfortable pullout bed. Plenty of space for a family to grill, play yard games and enjoy the lake!

Cozy Stay with an Ideal Location

This property was wonderful, lots of space with a good view of the lake. The area was quiet and had plenty of parking space. Within walking distance for most things.

Nice Weekend

We had a good stay for an extended weekend in Boji. Very close distance to all popular spots. House was nice and roomy. Deck was beautiful and very peaceful with the fireplace.

Great place to stay, excellent hosts

We had a great stay. Cabin is very roomy, comfortable, and clean. Large backyard with games, kayaks, and paddle boards to use. The hosts/manager are quick responders and very kind. Definitely would stay again!

Beautiful home and yard with lake access and great hosts!

Our group was so pleased with all aspects of this home! The communication from Connie was amazing, and they were so generous and kind to us with having littles within our group. All necessary items were in the house, and the two living spaces were perfect for slow mornings. The kitchen island gave lots of space for eating together and preparing meals, while the deck and fire pit were beautiful spots to hang out in the sunshine! The paddleboards and kayaks were a big hit, and there are many activities and restaurants within walking distance. The golf cart was a wonderful addition to get to anything a little quicker which was helpful with kiddos. Overall, an AMAZING experience and we will be staying here again!

Great place with great location

This is a great property! We had 10 family members ranging in age from 5-75 and it was perfect. We had everything we needed available to us. The house was within walking distance to the amusement park and concerts for most of our group but also easily driveable when needed. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again! The communication with the hosts was also easy and helpful.
