Ruhige und schöne erholsame Ferien. Andere große Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut und zeitnah erreichbar. Sowohl Städte als auch die Natur. Wir kommen wieder mal dort hin.

Schöne Wohnung und ruhige Lage mit Spiel- und kleinem Sportplatz um die Ecke
Die tel. Absprache wegen der Übergabe des Schlüsseln war unkompliziert, auch der Carport wurde vom Besitzer für die Tage zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung liegt im EG, wenn man von den Stufen im Eingangsbereich absieht. Die Wohnung sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und liegt in einem ruhigen Ort. Sie war sehr sauber und hübsch dekoriert. Geschirr war in der Küche und Anrichte genug vorhanden. Beim Besteck kann noch nachgerüstet werden, vorallem bei Messern/ scharfe Messer und Gabeln. In den Schlafzimmern wären Rollos ganz gut, um vorallem im Sommer die späte Sonne auszusperren. Ansonsten fehlte es uns an nichts. Aus ein Schlafzimmerfenster kann man direkt auf den Spielplatz blicken. Gleich angrenzend gibt es einen kleinen Sportplatz für Fußball oder Basketball. Neben dem Sportplatz führt ein Weg zwischen Feldern zu ausgewiesende Wanderwege. Durch Kleinwolmsdorf führt auch der sächsische Jacobsweg. Knapp 3km weiter in Arnsdorf gibt es 2 Discounter zum Einkaufen. Radeberg liegt knapp 5km entfernt. Wer zur Burg Stolpen möchte fährt ca. 14km und Schloß Moritzburg liegt ca.26km entfernt. Wir haben die Wohnung gewählt, weil sie ganz gut zentriert zwischen den Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt. Dadurch brauchten wir keine langen Fahrten zu unternehmen, um an unser Ziel zu kommen. Wenn wir wieder unseren Urlaub in der Gegend verbringen wollen, nehmen wir die Wohnung gern wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in praktischer Lage
Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man sieht die Geschichte, die mit dieser dieser Wohnung verbunden ist - das macht sie sogar irgendwie sympathisch. Der besondere Vorteil dieser Wohnung ist die Lage. Von dort lässt sich die Sächsische Schweiz hervorragend erkunden. Viele der Hotspots lassen sich in ca. 30 min mit dem Auto erreichen. Ein Abstecher Richtung Bautzen ist aufgrund der Lage auch überhaupt kein Problem. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist optimal. Wir können die Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen.
