Well situated

Easter break

Older couple

We stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks in January-February 2024. Communication with the owner and his representative was excellent, the checkin quick and efficient and any minor issues dealt with immediately. We found the apartment spotlessly clean and very well appointed and secure. There is grocery shopping and restaurants nearby. The apartment is up a bit of a hill from the beach, about a 10 minute walk, but we walked it daily without any problem and we are in our 60s & 70s

Lovely stay

Apartment was well equipped and spacious. Fantastic balcony ( sun on the balcony from midday to about 5pm in January ).The complex is nice and quiet and secure. Although the property is up the hill from Los Christianos centre there are some good restaurants and bars nearby, great transport links.....taxi rank and bus stops. WiFi was good but the TV seemed to have a mind if it's own. Would we stay again absolutely!!. The walk up the hill burned off the extra calories from all the food and drink we consumed. good communication all round .

Lovely apartment

We stayed at this apartment a week ago for 10 night's to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary no complaints at all with the apartment and communication between us and James the owner but beware if like us we like to sit on balcony relaxing after 10pm talking the man directly below who lives there takes a big disliking to that he called police on us the police turned up who quite frankly told us he does this quite regularly we also got told this by other people who live there apparently he did the same to the people before us we didn't let this ruin our holiday but if this man continues and it's obviously out of James the owners control people are not going to want to stay there that's the negative about this property the man in question should be living elsewhere where there isn't any holiday maker's he doesn't even own the place he also rents

Spotlessly clean and everything required for a great break.

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and has all your home from home comforts. WIFI & TV with Sport for my hubby. There were other channels too :). We didn't cook anything as we ate out and had snacks but it seems everything you will need is provided to rustle up a meal. The apartment has the sun in the afternoon/evening. Supermarkets, shops, bars & restaurants all close by, but once in apartment or balcony you could not hear anything. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

7 Days in January Sunshine!

A quite well equipped apartment with two spacious twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice balcony. The apartment was in a nice area with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets around it. No lifts, quite a few steps to the apartment, could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues.

Rustig gelegen appartement, goed in orde.

Appartement is goed in orde met een mooi gezamelijk zwembad. De nadruk in het complex ligt op stilte. Er zijn wel wat trapjes te doen dus niet echt geschikt voor minder mobiele mensen. Ook ligt het complex vrij hoog in Los Cristianos. Wel zijn er voldoende voorzieningen in de nabije buurt.

Got here eventually!

We had booked for Christmas 2020 but due to COVID we postponed to 2021. James was more than helpful during this process and made what could have been a painful process very easy. We love this area of Los Cristianos and have been looking for the perfect property to stay in for a few years. Think we have hit jackpot with this one. The balcony was perfect for us, the time of year we stayed meant we had afternoon sun until it set. I imagine in the summer this could be a tea sun trap! But the great thing about this balcony was the shading and space allowing us to move about as needed. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday and very close to the supermarket and bars/restaurants without having to walk into the resort or Playa. The pool was one of the warmest we have had but cool enough for a dip after an hour or 2 in the sun. We always managed to find a bed to dry off on too Elaine met us there and showed us to the apartment which was good so no hanging about with cases. She even gave us a name of a local guy who taxi’s who we had booked both ways to/from the airport Thanks James for a lovely stay, we will definitely be back

A perfect apartment on a lovely complex

We loved this apartment - we didn't need the two bedrooms but it was nice to have the extra space. The apartment is very well equipped - I cound not think of anything that would need to be added. There was no noise at night so had no trouble sleeping. The extra space on the patio was a real bonus with shade if you needed it plus two sunbeds - a lovely place at the end of the day to watch the sunsets. The pool at the complex is perfect with very very nice sunbeds. The whole complex was spotlessly clean. There are many nice restaurants in the area plus a well stocked supermarket. The communication between the owner and the lady who greets you in Tenerife was excellent.

First Impressions

The apartment was very nice, and the amenities were nearby, the balcony was a lovely sun trap in the afternoon. The beds and bed linen were a little tired and the pillows were lumpy, but all in all we had a nice time.

End of year holiday

The apartment is situated in a well maintained, fairly quiet complex in a good location although the walk up the hill can be a bit hard going but taxis are easily obtained and reasonably priced. There are a number of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity if you don't want to go into the main part of Los Cristianos. Good well-stocked small-ish supermarket nearby and a larger one a few minutes walk away. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy and both responded to texts or emails very quickly. We were also able to have an early check-in which was appreciated.

Christmas in the sun😀

Excellent communication from James at time of booking with full information and also from Elaine who looks after the apartment locally. Elaine was at the apartment to greet us and to show us around. A genuinely lovely lady who was very thoughtful to us. The apartment had everthing we needed and was arranged and organised well. The complex is nice, good pool with nice loungers. We liked having english channels on tv so we could see all the xmas specials. Location of the apartment is great with plenty of supermarkets very close and restaurants and bars near too but not too close. We had fantastic weather and a nice comfortable apartment to enjoy our Christmas in the sun. Thanks 😀

Bliss with a capital B

Hi if you want the hussle and bustle of Tenerife and all it has to offer you can decide later. If you just need to unwind and do nothing - this little gem is right slap bang in middle of it but you would never know. Only 15 mins from Tenerife sur airport. Apartment and complex clean and quiet. Pool on your doorstep. If you like Tenerife you must love the sun - this apartment has lots of sun and a nice shaded area too, if it’s just too damn hot, which for me it often is. I didn’t have to sit inside to escape the sun, I sat outside in the shade with a lovely breeze whilst my other half cooked himself on the terrace a few feet away. There are many fab restaurants within 5 minutes walk, a supermarket within a hundred yards to stock up for all essentials, 10-15 minutes to beach or nightlife all downhill. Suggest slow leisurely walk back as uphill on way back. What’s not to like peace and quiet if you choose or hustle and bustle and forgot to say large modern shopping centre 5 minutes away but surprisingly so quiet you could be anywhere. Cosy and home from home. My only negative was I found what I thought was a beach towel but it may have been a bath mat (sorry). I looked in obvious places but had to take towel from bathroom to pool. I will be back and perhaps with a girlfriend leave the other half home as I felt very safe and only a few steps from entrance to apartment after being dropped by taxi outside. No Spanish steps for me thank you. As Arnie says “I will be back”.
