Lovely quiet area. Fantastic large balcony. Apartment clean and comfortable. Everything you might need is provided. Hosts very helpful, communication great.No complaints at all. I enjoyed a relaxing 8 days here and wish it could have been twice as long. Next time maybe?

Das Apartment war super,der Balkon mit Meerblick phantastisch,zum nächsten Supermarkt 100 m,Bushaltestelle 500 m,zum Strand ca.1,3 km zu Fuß, gute Fährverbindung nach La Gomera, andere Strände sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Im Hochsommer ist die Wohnung etwas warm, aber es gibt einen Ventilator, keine Klimaanlage. Hatte etwas Probleme mit der Schlüsselbox, aber Samantha und Dave haben mir geholfen per WhatsApp Videocall. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Zalig groot terras. Goede ligging. Heel rustig. Mooie badkamer en handige wasmachine. Properheid kon beter (bedsprei al lang niet meer gewassen. Servies vuil en in de kasten ook veeel stof) vooral de bedden waren zwaar minpunt. Vielen bijna uit elkaar…

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment with great views on a nice peaceful complex with good pool facilities, this apartment is far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet but only a short walk to bars and restaurants, the owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions we asked, would definitely stay here again

Studio apartment.

Had a great stay in this apartment. Well equipped including a washing machine. Quiet complex at the top of the hill in Los Cristianos. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk away. Heated pool with plenty of sun beds. Sunny balcony with a sea view. Would recommend a stay here.

Quartiere tranquillo

Monolocale situato in un tranquillo quartiere di Tenerife. Bello il complesso. Tante cose da migliorare all'interno. Basterebbe poco per renderlo più bello e funzionale. Non ho gradito la non presenza sul posto dei proprietari. E soprattutto l'arrivo delle chiavi della casa a mezzo posta. Arrivate il giorno prima della partenza ci hanno fatto stare in ansia fino all'ultimo momento. I proprietari sono comunque presenti pur non essendo sul posto. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il ventilatore ed è stato risolto da loro nel giro di un paio di giorni. Qualche piccolo ritocco in casa e maggiore chiarezza al momento della prenotazione e potrebbe avere anche le cinque stelle.

Los Cristanos Port Royale Apt 162

Had a great holiday staying in this lovely apartment set in a quite complex.Large sunny balcony with great views of the sea and amazing sunset.Swimming pool area is spotless with plenty of sun beds.Location is up a hill but taxis nearby if needed.Supermarket,bars and restaurants close by would recommend Bella Roma just on the corner of the complex great food and service.This apartment was home from home would stay again. Thanks to owners Samantha &David.

Great place to stay we loved it!

Myself my partner and my three year old daughter have just come back from a two week stay in " the beach house" 3/10/17-17/10/17. We thoroughly loved the place as it was like home from home, the apartment had everything you could ask for and more! It was very clean and is very spacious, plenty of room for us three, as well as great wardrobe space. Also we loved the huge balcony where we spent a lot of time eating outside, soaking up the late afternoon sun and taking in the beautiful view, It was also safe for my daughter. The swimming pool was great too myself and my daughter spent a lot of time in there, it was very clean, well maintained and not too busy. With in walking distance there were a couple of good supermarkets as well as a number of great restaurants. The beach is about 15 minute walk, a little longer for golden Sands. We also met some residents who live on port royal who made us feel really at home too, we met some very friendly people. Sam was easy to contact if needed and replied promptly. I actually left my driving licence in the apartment and had it back to myself in the U.K within a week!! We would definitely stay here again well recommended.

Fantastic studio

Just spent a week in this lovely studio, spotlessly clean, fantastic location and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Beautiful clean complex, fab pool area and bar, will be returning as soon as we can next year so highly recommended

lovely clean apartment with great views from the balcony

The photos do not do this apartment justice. It's a lovely little place plenty of room for me and my partner and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the balcony. Very spacious and lovely views. The apartment was very clean and we'll equipped. Couldn't ask for better value for money. There is also plenty of shops and restaurants near by which is great if you don't feel like conquering the hill to get back from town. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Great property, lovely location, clean and tidy, well recommended.

We visited the property 01-09-17 - 08-09-17 had a great time, property was lovely, clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the apartment. Really nice balcony, lovely to sit out for breakfast. Pool area is lovely and modern - always very quiet and lots of space so we were never crowded. The apartment is a bit of a walk up the hill from Los Cristianos beachfront, however we did not mind at all - only approx. 10 minutes and is well worth staying up here if you like peace and quiet. Thank you Sam & Dave for a great trip - we would definitely visit again.

perfect!!

Just back from our weeks stay here, perfect for what we needed! Owners were very helpful and even let us have a later check out with no extra charge. Thanks again samantha and dave :) Apartment was spotless, had everything we needed. Complex was spotless too and lovely and quiet. Extra bonus was the balcony ..... it was huge and a suntrap later on in the afternoon. Location was perfect too , only a 2 minute walk to the supermarket then only a 5 minute walk to the bars and only a 10-15 minute walk down to the beachfront area. Me and my partner loved our stay and would definatly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Los Cristianos in the future. Many thanks again to the owners for allowing us to use their lovely apartment :)
