The house currently has all the necessary amenities, while retaining the traditional charm. Its 200 m², distributed in a modern kitchen, a spacious living room with access to a spectacular terrace with private garden, which has a seating area, swimming pool, barbecue and sun loungers. Three doubles bedrooms for adults and a work area.
Fully equipped with washing-machine, satellite TV, wifi, dishwasher, oven, hairdryer. There is also cot and highchair for babies.
The tranquility of the rural surroundings of the house and its proximity to natural areas , make this accommodation a perfect place to practice outdoor sports place , cycling, jogging , golf, running..etc 2 km from Palm Mar and 4 km of Las Galletas and its marina , which has supermarkets , restaurants, pharmacies , post office , banks and ATMs, stores , gas stations. Next to the tourist area of Los Cristianos , Las Americas and Costa Adeje, with its entertainment and leisure . And just 10 minutes from the airport Reina Sofia - Tenerife South.

UN PEQUEÑO PARAÍSO EN TENERIFE
Nos ha encantado! la casa y el terreno son fantásticos, perfectos tanto para vacaciones familiares como de pareja.
La casa es ideal, muy cómoda, grande, decorada con buen gusto.
La cocina moderna, práctica y muy funcional. Peros: Estuvimos 6 días y el extractor de la cocina no funcionaba cuándo llegamos ni cuándo nos fuimos. La piscina soltaba un líquido amarillo que nos destiñó los bañadores, eso no se arregló en los 6 días tampoco. El encargado de la piscina venía todas las mañanas porque la piscina perdía agua, entraba en la propiedad sin avisar, lo que ha creado algún contratiempo de intimidad. La persona encargada de la casa encantadora y de gran ayuda. Nos facilitó enseres de la casa nuevos ( una sartén, cucharas de cocina) con gran celeridad, algo muy de agradecer. Volveremos!!! Fantástico lugar, muy recomendable

Ruhige und sichere Plantage mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Schöne Anlage, fast alles vorhanden. Einziges Verbesserungspotential: eine Kaffeemaschine.

Immer wieder gern!
Wir waren Ende November, Anfang Dezember für eine Woche in der Ferienwohnungen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, aber auch für 6 Personen wäre ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Die Wohnung war liebevoll dekoriert und auch der großzügige Aussenbereich macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Von den arbeiten auf der Bananenplantage bekamen wir überhaupt nichts mit, es war sehr ruhig! Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich, aber als Ausgangspunkt ist dieses Objekt gut gelegen. Das ein- und auschecken lief reibungslos ohne persönlichen Kontakt ab, Anweisungen erhielten wir per Nachricht aufs Handy. Der wirklich einzigste kleine Kritikpunkt war die nicht vorhandene Kaffeemaschine....
Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem Objekt genießen!

Heerlijke ruime woning, fijn om met een gezin in te verblijven.
Mooie woning, op een rustige plek, hij staat nl. met nog een aantal woningen op een bananenplantage. Wij verbleven hier in januari/februari met 4 volwassenen en een kind van 2 jaar voor 10 dagen. 2 complete badkamers, heerlijke douche. Qua kinderbadje een beetje geïmproviseerd, dat ging prima. Wifi aanwezig. Keuken compleet met vaatwasser, misschien iets meer grote pannen wanneer je met 5 pers. bent, en iets meer bestek. Messen/vorken/lepels niet in verhouding. Wasmachine 1 x gebruikt, fijn om je handdoeken een keer te wassen. Mooie ommuurde tuin met een klein zwembad. Het was te koud om van het zwembad gebruik te maken. Wél een aantal keren heerlijk buiten kunnen lunchen onder de patio. Erg leuk. Je kunt lopend, klein stukje langs de weg, en daarna een binnenpaadje naar het eerstvolgende plaatsje lopen. Van daaruit kun je mooie wandelingen maken. Wij hebben genoten, het was een prima plek om te verblijven. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om het eiland verder te verkennen, en dat is zeker de moeite waard!

Sehr idyllisch gelegene, typisch spanische Finca - alte Gemäuer- modern hergerichtet
Spanische Finca mit Pool mitten in Bananenplantagen - gut geeignet für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit der Familie. Leihwagen ist notwendig, vom Standort kommt man gut überall hin.

good spot but out of the way
the villa was part of a small complex on a Banana plantation and had been converted to a high standard with generous rooms, double beds, good showers, kitchen etc. The outdoors area was well set out with plenty of private room and a small plunge pool for when the temperature soars.
The complex is a drive away from anywhere and there is no wandering to the nearest shops or beach - you will need to get in your car for everythng. The other thing to note is that this is a working banana plantation and so expect tractors and other farm activity fairly early in the morning.
Having said all this our stay was marred by the building works that were going on next door and so what would have been a 4 star review has been reduced to a 3 star. Despite complaining the noise never really abated during the working week or on Saturday and so it was only really bearable to sit outside at night when the workers had finished It looks as if they are converting a number of the buildings so before committing i would get some form of assurance that they will not be building while you are staying.
