Perfect Holiday

This was our second stay at this property and it was a good as the first time we stayed!! We love the area and will definitely look at staying again in the future.

Lovely villa, amazing views

Villa was lovely. Barbara was extremely helpful throughout booking to departure. It was great to have Netflix on the TV. Villa was very well equipped. I am sure we will visit again.

Wonderful stay

We were really happy with Villa Cumbres. It was beautifully presented, very clean and to our delight there was a decorated Christmas tree and other Xmas touches - lovely! The weather was a bit chilly when we first arrived but a heater was delivered really quickly - happily we didn't need it for long! Communication with Barbara was brilliant - so friendly and very quick to respond to any enquiries. Thank you.

Beautiful villa

This villa is up there with other villas we’ve stayed in. Fantastic outside eating area with sun loungers close to the pool and hot tub and then you have the stunning first floor balcony to relax, read and watch some amazing sun sets. Even though we arrived later than expected Barbara was at the villa to meet and greet us, full of local information which was great. La Finca restaurant/chill out bar is definitely worth a visit or two and is within easy walking distance from the villa. Adeje market is well worth a visit and a must for everyone is Siam water park and mall.

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful Villa in a peaceful setting. We travelled as a family of four (two girls aged 9 and 11) and met up with Johannes on arrival who showed us around the villa which was very clean throughout. Not long after, the kids discovered the pool that we struggled to get them out of for the following 7 days whilst the grown ups enjoyed the hot tub and sun loungers. We opted not to hire a car which wasn’t a problem as the local shops stocked everything we needed and made use of the local Restaurants which are very good. Taxis are easy to use if you want to go further afield. Will definitely return to this villa in the near future.

Belles prestations,localisation idéale

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa bien équipée, dans un environnement calme et à quelques minutes en voiture de toutes les commodités . Les équipements sont de qualité,la terrasse avec piscine est très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la côte. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le Jacuzzi haut de gamme. À noter enfin les bonnes prestations et la réactivité des gérants immobilier malgré l’absence de contact due au Covid-19. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter .

Jolie Villa , bel emplacement, belle vue dégagée, très ensoleillée même en février, bref nous recommandons cette villa . Les gérants immobiliers sont très professionnels. Bémol: supplément de 20€ par jour (non précisé sur le site de réservation) pour une piscine chauffée à 28 °, sinon elle reste à 24°...

Golf trip

We have just returned home after spending 5 nights at this fabulous villa.Barbara who met us on arrival could not have been nicer or more helpful.we were a party of 6 golfers and the property was in a great location for our chosen courses.The jacuzzi and pool were well used each day and I look forward to staying here again. Schönes , sehr sauberes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, der Kontakt zu Barbara und Johannes ist wirklich außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und es wurde sich immer sofort gekümmert. Das Haus ist top gepflegt und sauber. Leider häuften sich während unserer Zeit die Reparaturen, Spülmaschine kaputt, Gaskochfeld kaputt und häufiger mal kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Kann passieren, wichtig ist, dass es alles behoben wurde in angemessener Zeit. Nichts desto trotz hat das Haus Renovierungsbedarf im Installationsbereich, Bäder und Küche. Schade auch, dass kein „Garten“ oder Rasen existiert. Es gibt am Pool nur die auf den Fotos sichtbare , geflieste Fläche. Ansonsten eine schöne Urlaubswoche.

Excellent villa and lovely village but also not far from the beach in car or taxi. Had a lovely week felt very safe. Pool is lovely. Bedrooms also have a veranda where you can watch the sun go down.

Schöne Villa mit Meerblick in ruhiger Wohngegend

Wir - 8 Personen - waren begeistert von der Villa und allen ihren Annehmlichkeiten und vielen Details, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machten. So bekamen wir zur Begrüssung einen Fruchtkorb und Getränke. Für entspannte Abende gibt es Netflix auf dem Smart TV installiert. Ein tolles Service durch Barbara & Johannes. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen, der geheizte Pool, die Grillabende wir erinnern uns gerne zurück und kommen bald wieder.
