The Attic Apartment Playa Las Vistas 3 is located directly by the sea in the well-kept Tenerife Royal Gardens complex and belongs to the upscale class on Tenerife. The location is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday, it is only 100 metres to the sea and a few steps to the beach Playa Las Vistas.
The pool is heated, so you can relax and swim even in the winter months.
The apartment is accessible by lift and is located on the top floor. The terrace offers a breathtaking sea view and pool view. You can enjoy the sunset there in the evening with a glass of wine.
The apartment is very comfortably furnished. Both bedrooms have air conditioning (for a small fee). The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The apartment is very centrally located, all shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, so everything is within easy walking distance.
