The apartment is fantastic. It is clean and literally has everything you could need for a self catering stay.
It has a lovely wrap around balcony with sunbeds and a table and chairs and the sun is on it for most of the day.
There are excellent views of the sea, the golf course and mountains.
The pool area is spotless and it was pretty quiet when we were there.
It is central to everything. There is a supermarket across the road, as well as bars and restaurants. Playa de las Americas is a 5-10 minute walk and Los Cristianos is around a 20 minute walk. However, there is a taxi rank opposite the apartment and it is really convenient for buses to the airport and other resorts.
Our contacts at the resort, Enrico and Lara, were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help.
If I had one small criticism, it would be that there is quite a lot of road noise as it is on a busy road. However, once the doors are closed, you don't hear a thing.
I would highly recommend this apartment.
