We are a company with years of experience dedicated to holiday rentals in the south of Tenerife (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and it is necessary to notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

A member of staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. The check-in time starts at 15:00 and ends at 22:00. If any guest wishes to check in after this time, they will have to pay € 25 in cash before entering the apartment.

Accommodation:

Nice and comfortable one bedroom apartment, located in Los Cristianos a stone's throw from the most famous seafront in the south of Tenerife.

It has a double bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom with shower and washing machine. A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, utensils, dishes, oven etc.), dining area and living room with TV, FREE WIFI and double sofa bed. It also has a balcony overlooking the pool where our guests can spend wonderful evenings.

Complex with swimming pool and snack bar available to all guests.

With elevator free street parking.

Neighborhood:The complex is in a very well-serviced area with all the services and the most beautiful beaches of the island within walking distance.

- No smoking.- Parties or events are not allowed.- Pets are not allowed.- Please do not make noise during the night and respect the sleeping hours of the neighbors.- Please do not mistreat the furniture and do not throw away the garbage on the day of check-out.- Please do not throw wipes, sanitary towels or sanitary compresses in the toilet, use the waste thrown in the bathrooms.- The main guest must be at least 18 years old. If the person who booked will not be staying in the apartment we need a written authorization with NAME SURNAME AND IDENTITY DOCUMENT NUMBER at least one day before arrival otherwise he/she will not be able to enter the accommodation and we will not be able to give the keys.- Airport transfer must be requested at least two days in advance.- Cots will have an additional cost of € 7 per night and must be requested in advance.- Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. and ends at 22:00- Check-out ends at 11:00.- The rules of coexistence of the apartment and the community are mandatory. If any guest breaks them or does not behave properly, he will be expelled from the facility without any right to reimbursement and in case of damage to the accommodation, he will be charged the deposit.
