Take a vacation in an exclusive holiday villa, idyllically and quietly located in the suburb of Chayofa, yet only minutes away to the most beautiful beaches and golf courses in the south of Tenerife and many tourist hotspots.

The villa has a pool exclusively for you to use, naturally heated. A modern gas grill is ready for your barbecue. The terraces, the balcony and the pool area invite you to linger on many comfortable seating areas and offer you a great view of the Atlantic up to the neighboring island of La Gomera.

Our house has a total of 5 bedrooms including modern fitted wardrobes. Four of them are in the 1. OG, as well as 2 luxurious bathrooms. One bedroom incl. Laundry and toilet is located on the ground floor.

The living area consists of a very spacious saloon including dining area and open American kitchen.
The exclusive kitchen, of course, fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, juicer, blender and toaster, offers you extensive options for self-catering.
A washing machine is available in a utility room.
Laundry service (washing, drying, ironing) is available for a surcharge.

The villa is ideal for a holiday among friends, your family celebration or your corporate event, but it is due to the location in a residential area less suitable for boisterous party or stagiae parties.

Our house is located in the villa village of Chayofa, which is centrally located in the south of Tenerife. Within a few minutes' walk you will find tennis and padel courts, the young and old Park Las Aquilas Jungle Park, as well as restaurants and bars in Canarian and Cuban ambience. 3 or 5 minutes drive away is the water park Siam Park, the shopping mall Siam Mall, the tourist resorts Los Cristianos and Las Americas and countless beautiful Atlantic beaches. Noteworthy here is the picturesque beach Bahia del Duque.

Do you play golf? There are 5 seats available nearby.

The hiking paradises around Pico del Teide, Chinyero, Vilaflor, Ifonche and Barranco del Infierno are just a few minutes' drive away. We are happy to advise you on the spot about the best tours on the island.

Also for your dive, your paragliding tandem flight or a motorcycle tour, we are happy to help and advice!

From the very beginning, the host was fantastic, welcoming, and always easy to communicate with.The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and well equipped with everything you need, including excellent cooking facilities. The pool was a perfect size for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.Set in a peaceful residential area, the location offered plenty of tranquility and stunning views. It’s close enough to reach restaurants and bars easily by bus or taxi, yet far enough away to truly enjoy the quiet atmosphere.

A Stunning Property

We stayed for 10 nights and were so comfortable, the villa is very well-equipped and spacious. It is modern and has everything you need to make your holiday run like clockwork. The villa has great outside space with loads of sun and comfortable seating. It is one of the best villas we have booked in Tenerife and we have been coming for over 20+ years. Most of all Barbara was what made us feel so welcome, she is highly responsive and very warm, she treated us like friends, and did everything so professionally to make our stay great! The village of Chayofa is well-placed for exploration into the mountains and coast. Overall we could not be happier! Highly recommend 10+ stars from us!

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir waren 2 Wochen (Juli 2023) Gäste in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Im ersten Geschoss befindet sich ein kleines Zimmer (Paris) und die separate Toilette. Im Obergeschoss die andere 4 Zimmer und zwei Badezimmer. das Zimmer Havanna ist mit Bad en Suite ausgestattet und verfügt über einen grossen Balkon. Ebenfalls verfügt das Flamingo Zimmer über einen eigenen, kleinen Balkon. Das zweite Bad teilen sich also 3 Schlafzimmer. Es gibt massenhaft Platz seine Klamotten und alles andere zu verstauen. Zig Schränke und Tischchen etc. stehen zur Verfügung. Auch der Aussenbereich ist sehr sehr schön. Ein Gasgrill steht auch noch zur Verfügung. Man kann also super zu Hause abendessen. Der Pool auf gradiose 28 Grad geheizt und somit auch bei Wind wunderbar warm. Div. Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Es gibt für jeden Gast ein Pooltuch. Strandtücher müssen natürlich selbst mitgebracht werden. Die Lage der Villa war für uns perfekt. In 10 Minuten mit dem Mietwagen in Los Cristianos mit tollem Sandstrand, Beachbar, Promenade mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen Strand-Läden. Die Avenida Las Americas hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Viel los, tolle Geschäfte und Restaurants. Es befinden sich viele tolle Golfplätze in naher Umgebung. Costa Adeje und Las Américas sehr schön, Abama der Superknüller. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Sie werden hier einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen.

Great location in Tenerife

Our family of 6 had a great time in Tenerife at this beautiful house. We loved that we were no more than 10-15 minutes from the beach and able to spend our evenings in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. This house has comfortable beds, a great kitchen, and a perfect patio with a pool. We visited in late June during a particularly hot week so the house was warm during the day without air conditioning. This was ok for us as we had day trips to visit the Mt Teide, Anaga Park, Canyoneering, snorkeling, and lunch in Masca. We highly recommend this beautiful house in the quiet village of Chayofa.

A World Away from South Tenerife Resorts....but Only a 15 Minute Drive to Them!

Thomas' home was a perfect retreat for us for our 17 day stay on Tenerife. It is in the small village of Chayofa, and within walking distance of 5 local restaurants. It is only a 15 minute drive to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas, so easy to head out to the beaches and evening resort activities. The house itself is spacious and tastefully decorated, with wonderful kitchen appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. The beds are comfortable. The patio, complete with heated pool, was a great place to spend afternoon and evening time. We loved it all!

Great place to stay

The house is located in a small quiet village but still close enough to all restaurants, parks and other attractions and just 5mins by car from the beach. We have stayed there for 2 weeks over the Christmas holidays. The house has everything what you need, it is very clean, modern and fully equipped. It has also a nice back yard with a lounge, BBQ and heated pool, that our kids practically didn’t leave. Thomas and Aimara are excellent hosts. The communication was very easy and they were always very helpful and supportive. They made our stay just perfect and we would always come back!

Amazing Property

My wife, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in the villa. The hosts are really friendly and, to be honest, you wouldn’t know they live in one of the neighbouring villas, such is the peacefulness of the place. The villa itself is gleamingly clean and has everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Don’t ask us about TV, we didn’t try it because we were out exploring so much. The hosts have compiled a great booklet which is a really useful guide, albeit it wasn’t our only source of information. Although previous reviews are mixed, if you intend exploring Tenerife, we would recommend a hire car - we used Topcar and would definitely do so again. Will we return to this villa - absolutely, without hesitation!

A little piece of heaven!

My friend & I had booked this villa pre-covid to spend some quality time with our older children, the villa exceeded all of our expections....stunning villa, beautifully designed & decorated, spotlessly clean, fully equipped right down to the little touches such as tea/coffee/medical supplies & a lovely bottle of bubbly left in the fridge upon arrival, it really did have everything that we could have asked for. The villa is set in a lovely quiet location but only a short taxi to both Los Cristianos, Playa De las Americas & Siam Park. The hosts were very friendly, their commuication was excellent and they really did go out of their way to make us all feel right at home. We had three of us that suffered with terrible sunburn & our transfer was later on in the evening so the thought of hanging around all day from the usual 10am check out time was daunting but because the hosts had no bookings to check in that day they kindly agreed that we could have a later check out time at a small fee which we were very grateful for! When writing reviews, I am the sort of person that can be quite critical or be that annoying person that is always making suggestions on how things could be improved upon but on this occasion there really is no need as everything could not have been any more perfect than it already was and I have been left with nothing negtative to comment on. Thank you for such an amazing stay....We hope to visit you both again in the future!

Excellent property and stay

The standard of the property actually superseded our expectations based on the pictures and prior info, which is rare. The house, in colonial style, is maticuluosly well refurbished and kept both inside and out. Cleanliness on arrival exceeded luxury hotel standard, which amazed us. House had all that we needed for a family of 5, including a fresh, modern and well equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms and baths and, last but not least, a sunny outside area with great seaview and heated pool. Super cozy neighbourhood with only a few meters to mountain hiking trails and just a 10 minute walk to Jungle Park, which was great for the kids. Great communication with the owners throughout the stay. Owners' recommended local restaurant, the Finca, only a few hundred meters away was on point with great canarian food and entertainment. Thank you so much, hosts Aymara and Thomas. Our first impression on arrival was that we will return. And we will.

Although its just a few kilometres from the big resorts this property feels worlds away. It's in a lovely village with a handful of lovely restaurants that are easy to walk to. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Would recommend.

Perfect Villa with excellent hosts

Absolute amazing experience. This was the best Villa holiday our family have experienced. The hosts Thomas and Aimara were perfect, we had everything we could ever possibly need and more. The Villa was exceptionally clean, spacious and very homely. The beds were super comfy, bathrooms perfect and spacious. Great views from the pool area and from the two balconies in two of the bedrooms. 2 great seating areas by the pool overlooking the stunning landscape and sea views. Great location for a quiet relaxing holiday while not being to far from the thriving local areas of los Christianos and las Américas. Great heated pool, the kids loved it. Just as described

My wife and I had a great week and the house is exactly as described on line and has all the amenities you would want including a great outdoor space where we spent most of our time. The bed was comfortable which is always a good place to start and plenty of space for all we wanted. There is everything there you need. You really need a car and their is parking on site for a small car but good local parking as well. It is in a residential area so you are not surrounded by tourist but families. We will try and return and Thomas was great and left us to ourselves which is what we like but was there when needed.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder und das Haus erfüllte unsere Bedürfnisse vollkommen. Thomas und seine Frau haben uns sehr nett empfangen und das Haus war sensationell sauber. Überhaupt bemühten sich beide, uns in jeder Beziehung behilflich zu sein. Besonders hervorzuheben möchte ich auch noch die Bettenqualität und den großzügigen Schrankraum in jedem Zimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Draußen gibt es eine Loungeecke, die sehr gemütlich ist. Das Schwimmbad ist gepflegt und angenehm warm. Wir haben direkt für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht. Lieber Thomas, vielen Dank für alles. We stayed at the villa from 15th Dec to 29th December. The owner welcomed us personally and made us feel really welcome. The villa was well maintained, spacious and well equipped.. Its location was a short taxi ride into Los Christianos and Del Duque areas for shopping and restaurants. The local small supermarket was a short walk away and stocked all the staples you might need but larger supermarkets were a short drive away. Similarly in Chayofa and a short walk away are three restaurants and we enjoyed the Cuban cuisine. We would highly recommend this villa.
