Apatment very nice, Looks recently renovated. Great location for beach/bars and restaurants.

PERFECT STAY AT PLAYA DE LAS AMERICAS

Property in perfect location in the centre of Las Americas. Pool was great with plenty loungers available at all times. Parc Santiago complex was very secure. Apartment was very good with all amenities you would ever need. Washing machine was a bonus. Supermarket within 30 metres. Beach promenade 50 m away. Would definitely stay here again. Communication and joining instructions for arrival were spot on. Thank you for a great holiday.

The property was well appointed and clean on arrival. I did however find it strange that on a 2 week booking there was no cleaner at the end of week one even too just change the sheets and the towels. The property manager was really easy to get a hold of and always replied promptly on the whole the property was excellent although more expensive than other similar properties in the area.
