Penthouse on Las Vistas Beach-Luxurious apartment with large terrace

Ideally located between Los Cristianos and Las Americas, this luxury apartment
completely renovated and furnished with care brings you all the comfort and luxury of your dreams for your vacation. With a total area of 130m2, it will captivate you with its large terrace of over 25m2 with panoramic views of the ocean! A sea view which you will also enjoy from your bedroom and the living room.

Individual access is via a paséo overlooking a charming private patio of 14 m2 planted with hibiscus and jasmines. Once inside the apartment, you will discover an entrance leading to a large living room of more than 38 m2 with fully equipped American kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hob induction, etc.). The main bedroom is over 18 m2 and offers a large bed (150 x 200) from which you can contemplate the sea and have direct access to the main terrace. Located just opposite: the main bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink.

The apartment also has a second bedroom of 10 m2 (2 single beds of 90 x 190 - possibility of bringing them together) with private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and small terrace with sea view ...

I so enjoyed my stay here. It is convenient to restaurants and bars while still being very quiet and safe. It's just steps from the beach (though do be aware, there's a fair flight of steps down, as is common in the Canaries). There is a Spar just next door. The apartment itself is so beautiful and comfortable. Lisa and Katie were very responsive and helpful. I look forward to enjoying another stay here soon!

Lovely apartment with fantastic views, we had it for a girls break and it ticked all the boxes. Great location,yes there’s quite a few steps but it pays off for the great view. Would stay again.

Great apartment
Also Delfines is a great apartment and it’s location is very good, easy to get to the main areas. Only one thing I would say is it not suitable for people with young children or mobility issues as you have to climb alot of stars to get to the ground level.

Honestly the apartment is amazing and has everything you need (and more). The decor is modern but with a Spanish feel and is immaculate. We would 100% definitely stay here again, the location is perfect and sea views all around. Wonderful Holiday
We had a fantastic 2 week break in Katie’s wonderful apartment it is exactly as shown in the photos with stunning views of the beach and the sound of the waves was delightful. There was everything you could need in the apartment as we like to cook for ourselves as well as eat out. The only addition I would recommend would be a sun-lounger which lies flat, this is just a personal preference as I prefer sunbathing on the balcony rather than on the beach. The apartment is perfectly situated with large supermarkets within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by and we enjoyed walking into both Los Cristianos and Playa Las Américas which are both short walking distances away. Lisa who manages the apartment locally was extremely nice and helpful with everything including giving us specific instructions on where to ask the taxi to drop us off so we didn’t have to carry our suitcases up steps and where the local supermarkets where etc. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an enjoyable relaxing holiday. Many thanks to both Katie for the wonderful apartment and Lisa you are such a lovely lady. Nigel & Cheryl

We stayed for a month in March 2023. The property was excellent. Exactly as described and the view over las vistas beach was superb. Great location for the beach, shopping, bars and restaurants. Big shout out to Lisa who looked after our arrival and departure.
