Curtains were untidy. Were having Chocolate spots. Fan on low speed was making noises. AC Fin's were broken and Air was coming directly on head. Asked for mosquito repellent (Goodnight) at night but didn't get. Most of the times phones were unanswered. On a 3 night stay. Key was changed for 4 times as they stop working. Old property. Food prices are too hing.

I had greater expectations for this hotel since I paid around $130 for it. It did not come close to what was expected. The biggest problem was the moldy smell in the hotel room. It just didn’t feel clean. The floors were not mopped properly and the wooden frame around the doors in the room were rotting from the bottom. I was extremely excited to stay here but really upset with the experience. The breakfast was nothing special either. I had stayed in a Marriott prior to this stay, it was half the cost and double the cleanliness and benefits. I was amazed by that hotel and wish I could say the same about this as well. I hope you take my feedback and improve this property. Thank you!

Horror hotel
This was the 4th time at hotel. It was dirty the staff did nothing but tell us lies. They were never helpful. Told us we had to leave even though our plane had been cancelled. Tried to make out they were doing us a favour by moving us rooms instead of just telling truth they needed to close. Drinks and food very overpriced. Pool closed never once asked if we needed a drink. Everything seemed to much trouble. Never again will i stay at this hotel. It should not have the hilton name it is a disgrace for a hilton hotel. Spa closed Gym closed but never offered any kind of refund.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel needs some major investment. The rooms are very dated. Also watch out for the unexpected mini bar charges, Our group was asked for additional payments for things that they did not use. Best to ask them to clear the mini bar if you do not intend to use.

Was moved to 3 rooms in 4 nights and was still disappointed in the service , room service and was told that the tv package would be upgraded but never was , also had manager and director inform me that they would provide me with a 50% discount for last night and yet never got it , would never recommend this place , worst Hilton stay ever!!

Property is old with lots of mosquitoes and linen that did not look too enticing to use. Time that I stayed there were school children staying at the hotel - absolutely noisy until after midnight. Moved out after one night.

Unhappy and Bad Experience with Hilton
The hotel room provided at the start was not at all as per Hilton's standards and didn't have some basic amenities also. Only after I complaine, they took some action to find another room but I didn't want to shift so they cleaned my current room. Also, they charged for all the snacks in the bar and fridge of the room which is fine but they never mentioned it before Toby's when checking in or at least should have out a note in the fridge or on the bar about the charged items. Even the simplest hotels will have this basic sense to keep note. This stay was like a lot for me as they were just grabbing money without providing basic Hilton's comfort. Very unhappy with this stay. I hope they improve and at least not thug people with all the snacks money or at least put some notes for chargeavle items.

Requested for late check in and check out at the time of booking itself. But late checkout was charged, which was not at all a good service and breakfast was shown free at the time of booking and it was charged too. Overall poor customer service

A 3.5 STAR HOTEL IN ARPORA GOA.
Rooms are totally run down. But nice comfortable beds and good breakfast made up for the stay. Friendly and helpful staff though. I would not stay at this property again.
