Winterurlaub

Die Ferienhausanlage ist sehr schön gelegen, die Ferienhäuser haben alle einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.Die Ferienwohnung war leider renovierungsbedürftig. Erbaut wurde das Haus ca. in den 70er Jahren. Seitdem schien an der Einrichtung nichts mehr verändert worden zu sein ( außer evtl. Bad u. TV ). Die Möblierung, Bettmatratzen usw. ist jahrzehnte alt u. in einem abgenutzten Zustand. Die 70er-Jahre-Tapete war an einigen kleinen Stellen gelöst u. fleckig. Im Türbogen zur Küche löst sich der Putz. Im kleinen Kinderzimmer im Dachgeschoss ( alles Holzverkleidet ) und im Kinderzimmer im Obergeschoss wurden die Rauchmelder entfernt.Wasserkocher undicht, alte Gastherme tropft, Backofen verdreckt.Ein Außenfenster (vom Vorsatz/Doppelfenster) fehlte beim Kinderzimmer - daher immer kaltes Zimmer. Es ist sehr schade, dass sich anscheinend die Besitzer nicht um ihr Häuschen kümmern. Es hätte mehr Potenzial.

Tolle Lage

Das Feriendorf ist schön gelegen, mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Die Grünanlagen der Anlage sind sehr gepflegt, leider gibt es derzeit keine Gastronomie direkt vor Ort, aber in zwei Kilometer Entfernung kann man gut essen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich, aber altmodisch eingerichtet. Für uns war das völlig in Ordnung. Das Dachzimmer war zum Übernachten aufgrund der Hitze nicht gut geeignet, zudem ist der Boden sehr am Knarzen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Badezimmer ebenfalls. Besonders schön sind der, auf drei Seiten umlaufende Balkon und die großen Gärten. Ruhige Lage und unweit von einem tollen Seepark (kostenlos), der für die ganze Familie geeignet ist.

Das ist ein schönes altes Appartement in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Urige Unterkunft im Bayrischen Wald

Sehr großzügige Unterkunft mit viel Platz und allem was man für den Urlaub braucht. Durch das große Wohnzimmerfenster und den großen Balkon hat man eine herrliche Aussicht.

Sehr schöne Gegend mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Das Haus ist sehr Uhrig eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, das Platzangebot ist großzügig, die Aussicht durch das große Wohnzimmer Fenster oder dem großen Balkon ist hervorragend.

Das Objekt sowie die Einrichtung ist sehr aus der Mode gekommen. Die Matratzen stark abgenutzt und unbequem. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten im Dachgeschoss konnten aufgrund der unerträglichen Geräuschkollisse des Holzbodens nicht genutzt werden.

Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung, aber z.T. reperaturbedürftig. Das Balkongeländer muss dringend repariert werden, Absturzgefahr! Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste ein bisschen erneuert werden. Die Lage ist schön.

Sehr gemütlich und sympathisch

Wir verbrachten hier unseren Skiurlaub und waren sehr zufrieden. Sie ist gemütlich und familiär eingerichtet. Wnn man keinen Bettbezug und Handtücher bestellt, gibt es auch keine Geschirrtücher. Die Küche ist ansonsten gut (Geschirrspüler),jedoch teilweise etwas dürftig ausgestattet (Tassen). Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber inkl. Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos. Unsere späte Ankunft stellte freundlicherweise kein Problem dar. Für den Hund gab es schöne Gassiwege in der Nähe. Gerne wieder!!
