Een fijn huis op een wat afgelegen locatie maar dat heeft ook zijn bekoring. Het weer was ook fantastisch we hebben de gehele tijd gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad en ons koesteren in de zon. Ook de omgeving was de moeite waard, de historische steden zoals o.a. Evora hebben we bezocht en er genoten.Als er vragen waren kon er prima gecommuniceerd worden met de eigenaar of de beheerder.

A very good villa. Unfortunately the kettle was faulty on arrival but we were immediately provided with a new one when it was reported. The towels were rather small and the kitchen lacked any mixing bowls. There were only 3 wine glasses in a property for 6, which was surprising.Apart from these shortcomings however, everything else was good and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Gostámos muito da nossa estadia. Fomos bem recebidos e estava tudo muito bem cuidado. Não nos faltou nada.A piscina é o ponto forte desta casa. É grande e não tem sombra.O local é calmo e houve-se os passarinhos.Foi uma semana ótima de descanso.

Observações da Estadia

- O check-in não foi efetuado por ninguém - Contacto com a anfitriã muito pobre e difícil de estabelecer - Piscina bastante suja à chegada e o tratamento da mesma só ficou resolvido a 100% passado 4 dias (num total de 7) - Cuidador do espaço ausente e pouco preparado para lidar com clientes - Serviço nulo (sem papel higiénico, apenas uma toalha de rosto por pessoa para o banho e apenas uma colcha e um lençol por cama) - Ar condicionado em más condições (escorria bastante água) - Bomba de água deixou de funcionar (tínhamos um fio de água durante 2 minutos, sendo que tínhamos de esperar outros 4 minutos para conseguir continuar o banho) - Internet muito fraca, praticamente inexistente. - Qualidade do edifício boa. Eletrodomésticos e mobiliário bons e bom isolamento. Bom serviço de limpeza - Agradecemos que a Vrbo seja mais seletiva na escolha dos seus fornecedores de forma a continuar a ser credível e manter os seus clientes satisfeitos. Iremos estar atentos na próxima seleção e caso o mesmo aconteça as consequências serão outras tais como exigir ser ressarcido das férias pagas que não gozamos.

Bon séjour mais maison à rafraîchir

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'ensemble. La maison est grande et agréable et la piscine très sympa. Nous avons adoré le calme. Cependant nous ne trouvons pas le prix justifié au vu des différents points à améliorer. En effet, nous avons économisé toute l'année pour nous permettre de payer ces 2 semaines de vacances et nous sommes un peu déçus. Le chemin d'accès mériterait d'être remis à niveau et les trous rebouchés. La climatisation à commencé à fuir dès le premier jour, il nous est demandé de ne pas trop utiliser d'eau mais c'est impossible quand on voit que pour prendre une simple douche il faut attendre que l'eau ne soit plus ou glacée ou brûlante, le robinet et la chasse d'eau de la salle de bain du fond doivent être changés, les stores sont fragiles et celui du séjour a lâché au premier jour. Grosse déception au niveau du barbecue qui a été inutilisable, en effet, il est grand et prometteur mais aucune grille adaptée. Un mini barbecue d'appoint est proposé mais il est rond avec des grilles rectangulaires (???) et sales donc impossible de faire quoi que ce soit ! La cuisine manque clairement d'équipement : des couteaux qui coupent, une râpe, des saladiers, le frigo est beaucoup trop petit pour une maison qui prévoit d'accueillir 6 personnes. Nous avons été envahi par les fourmis à certains endroits. La piscine mériterait d'être nettoyée en profondeur et que le sable soit enlevé. Une sécurité serait un plus pour les enfants. Nous avons croisé les personnes en charge de l'entretien et de l'extérieur qui ont été très agréables et disponibles. Le passage en plein milieu d'après midi pour vérifier la piscine n'était cependant pas du tout apprécié... Il n'y a pas grand chose aux alentours mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. En bref, séjour apprécié mais maison à rafraîchir !

Great place

The place is amazing, in the middle of nature where you can relax and fully enjoy your holidays. The house is very good and has everything you need. We had some problems with internet but the host said she was going to fix it, so the next guests probably can confirm that the internet was fixed

Nette woning, waar je heerlijk kunt vertoeven in redelijk rust.

de vakantiewoning was netjes en goed voorzien van alle noodzakelijke behoeften. Zwembad ok, na de vele energie, welke de technische onderhoudsman erin heeft gestoken om het water weer op orde te krijgen. Er kan nl veel zand in het zwembad komen waardoor het water verkleurd. Goede bedden. Minpuntje was wel dat wij wel een aantal dagen last van koud water hadden, oorzaak onbekend.
