Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 15 m² with access to a terrace, open kitchen equipped, a nice bedroom, a bathroom. Chief town of the Pas de Calais, Arras is located in the Artois region and is at the center of a rich architectural heritage and memory linked to the Great War of 14/18. Arras, city of Robespierre and Vidocq, is famous for its two magnificent cobbled squares as well as for its belfry dating from the 10th century and its citadel built by Vauban (both classified as a remarkable site by Unesco) but also for its famous Andouillette, its magnificent Christmas Market and its concerts in the world-famous "Main Square.

- Nearest train station: Arras train station located at about 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot, 50 minutes by Direct TGV from Paris, 20 minutes by Direct Ter from Lens and 35 minutes by Direct TER from Lille, Capital of Flanders.
- Nearest airport: Lille-Lesquin airport located about 35 minutes by car.
