It boasts spacious rooms, featuring an entrance hall with a restroom, an open-concept bedroom with a comfortable double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a large wardrobe equipped with a safe. The largest area in the apartment encompasses the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all in one open space with windows overlooking the bustling street. The apartment's favorable orientation to the south ensures that rooms are bathed in sunlight throughout the day. To keep you well-connected, we offer reliable high-speed WiFi for remote work. Overall, this apartment is an excellent choice for combining island exploration with enjoying everything that Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote, has to offer.What does Arrecife have in store for you? Two defensive castles: the Castle of San Gabriel, connected to the city by the iconic Puente de las Bolas, and within walking distance, the Castillo de San José, transformed into the International Museum of Contemporary Art (MIAC), along with a panoramic restaurant offering stunning marina views. Good central location

Overall this was a good flat. New building, laundry room was on the roof, lift provided. There was a good supply of towels. Points that could have made it superb: the sofa is worn and needs replaced, cleaning fluids were not provided and washing machine liquid would have helped.
