「We have enjoyed staying at this location summer of 2024 and again this year, summer of 2025. Property is charming and well furnished with alot of character. We love the safety and privacy that the privacy fence provides as we have a special needs child. We enjoy staying at the casita while visiting Elephant Butte State Park and Riverbend Mineral Springs. Property is conveniently located to both Elephant Butte and T&C. 」

「My best friend and my husband and I wanted to experience the hot springs and this home was the perfect place to stay for us. Everything about this home inside and out from top to bottom seemed brand new and was absolutely comfortable. We all commented on the comfort of the beds. Additionally, there was an ample snack basket, full size shower products, and the communication from the hosts was excellent. I would highly recommend staying at this home.」

「Comfortable beds, 3 full baths, 3 bedrooms, then 4th bed, futon couch and fold-a-bed in living area, so that space was a little cramped. Kitchen was nice, washer/dryer nice. Our kids had fun in the space. The outside wasn't really kid friendly (equipment in the yard) but we did enjoy the picnic table area. Thanks Gary!」

「We stayed the weekend and had a wonderful time. The place was beautiful and clean. Loved the jacuzzi! The owners were very nice and helpful. My daughter’s friend suggested that they add a mattress topper to the sofa bed to make it more comfortable. That same afternoon the topper was at our unit. In addition we recommend the facial and visiting the hot springs. Highly recommend this place! 」
