Large Andalusian & Andalusian style villa in the term of Arriate (only 5 km from Ronda) located on a plot of olive grove and orchard of 7000 m2 (great privacy). It has a large pool with children's area and spectacular views. It also has a parking area, a large picnic area (7 x 6m) with Free Wifi, cinema, Hi-Fi 5. 1, barbecue, shower, toilet and solarium, a well-kept garden with many flowers, trees and Arabic-style fountains. There is also a lake with goldfish and relaxation areas. Also inside the house we find a lot of equipment: Hi-Fi, Satellite and digital TV, Free Internet (Free Wifi), Jacuzzi, heating throughout the house and all the equipment to make your stay very comfortable.
Already in the entrance hall we find dome ceilings, of old brick, we also find them in the main bathroom and in the upper study. The studio (upstairs in the tower) has a small bathroom en suite next to the bedroom. All this space (study under dome and bedroom with bathroom en suite) located upstairs is very elegant and cozy. On the first floor we find the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room has comfortable leather seats, DVD, Hi-Fi, satellite and digital TV, etc ... it is spacious and leads through an arch to the dining room. The dining room is equipped with a large round table and chairs for eight. From the dining room we access the kitchen and pantry that are equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, holes ... and all the necessary equipment and equipment for your stay.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor. All these bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. This en suite bathroom has a jacuzzi, two sinks, W. C. and bidet. There is another master bedroom with double bed and there is also another bedroom with two single beds. There is a common bathroom (shared) for the whole house. The shared bathroom has a splendid shower, two sinks, W. C. and bidet.
You will be surprised by the fine texture and the impeccable finish of all the ceilings and walls in all rooms because all the ceilings and walls have been covered with the famous old lime stucco of Marrakech (Tadelakt de Marrakech) in several pleasant colors and also the various marbles placed on floors and chimney.
Outside there is a very nice garden that has grass next to the pool. There is also a Solarium (to lay on comfortable sun loungers) and a shower. All this is sharing the same area where there is a large covered picnic area (7 x 6m) fully equipped: barbecue, sinks, water, electricity and furniture (table, chairs and armchairs) attached toilet, also has sound equipment 5. 1 (1000W) and cinema. The pool, 12 x 5.5 meters, has an automatic filtration system and step ladder. In addition the pool has a shallow area, ideal for children. We also enjoy many fountains throughout the enclosure. Of great beauty is the Nasrid-style fountain that harmonizes and is topped with the Andalusian Brainh (a small temple / gazebo of 3.2 x 3.2 meters) located at the bottom of the garden. There is a lake inhabited by goldfish, water lilies, papyri ... On this lake there is a wooden walkway that we will travel for our enjoyment. The entire exterior is harmonized by these elements. In addition to a lush and well-maintained collection of trees, shrubs and flowers, it also has cobbled floors adorned with floral and geometric patterns. The high position of the set provides very good views.
There is also a fully equipped machine and laundry room (4 x 4m) outside the main building equipped with a laundry sink, washing machine and clotheslines and a cool area (under a grape vine) with a stone table and benches ideal for relaxing.
The enclosure (house and garden) are located at the end of the 7000 m2 plot. This end or part of the plot is located along the banks of the Ventilla River, exactly above the River Gorge, so privacy is total. On the one hand the 7000 m2 isolate us from the hustle and bustle and the access road and on the other hand the gorge (which borders the area where the house is located) provides us with a very effective natural isolation in addition to offering us the beautiful landscape and the natural environment "Gorge of the Ventilla stream" equipped with hiking trails and natural monuments of great interest.
The town of Arriate, with shops, bars, spa, restaurants, pharmacy, medical center, etc., is within walking distance and Ronda 10 minutes by car. The complex (Villa, natural situation and Arriate-Ronda nearby) offer excellent accommodation and service. It is noteworthy that the celebrations in Holy Week, in this particular town, are especially known in much of Andalusia.
Seville and Jerez are only an hour and a half away by car. Granada two hours away and the beaches of the Costa del Sol only one hour away.
