"The property is beautifully tranquil with outstanding views and is a great base for exploring the Highlands. It took us a little over an hour to get to the property from Glasgow airport. We were able to easily do day trips to Stirling, Oban and Fort William from Portnellan Estates. Crianlarich is well labelled and easy to find based on road signs. The property has some gorgeous hiking trails that can be accessed easily from the cottages. We stayed in the comfortable Ptarmigan cottage (2 bedroom)...

"Stunning location for a relaxing holiday. Spent a week here with 2 children (ages 6 and 2) and had a great time. Safe outdoor space for the children to play in and they loved feeding the owner's chickens nearby. 5 minute walk to a pebbled beach which was ideal for tiring them out in the evening. Lots to do locally and further afield in Oban. The cabin is clean, with everything you would need for a weeks stay."

"Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, mit "Charme". Gegend ist sehr schön, nur etwas off grid ohne Empfang und Internet. Die Wassersportler machen ordentlich Lärm. Aber ein sehr charmanter Pub gleich um die Ecke. "
