「Newer hotel and convenient to get to off the highway. Room was clean and spacious. Nice breakfast area and good selection. From the Time we stepped into the lobby until we left the entire staff was helpful and courteous. Huge indoor pool/hot tub area. Great place to stay in between Green Bay and Appleton. Will definitely stay there again. 」

「Worst Hotel you could possibly stay at in Oshkosh. We booked a room for an employee. We forgot to change to name to him. Hotel contacted us to rebook to change the name. They charged us for 2 separate rooms, and refuse to refund the 2nd room. Worthless pieces of trash.」

「138 USD a day, and they charged me 200 USD when I left. I stayed for 9 days and they never cleaned the room once!」

「The property and grounds looked very nice! Great location only 1 block from Wolf River! However, the first room with the King bed that we requested smelled strongly of smoke. The clerk moved us to another room quickly with 2 queens, which fine except the TV and nightstand lamp did not work!」

「The facility was poorly laid out. Our room was poorly lit. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. We had a 2 night stay but did not receive housekeeping service. We had to seek additional coffee supplies due to no housekeeping service. There were a lot of attractions within walking distance of hotel. The parking was not convenient to hotel which was across the street. It was difficult to bring our luggage from parking garage to check-in (front desk)」

「The stay was good, grandkids enjoy the water park. Continental breakfast is good. The only thing I found was the chair in our room 164 was not comfortable to sit in. Previous stay had a straight red chair much more comfortable to sit in.」

「There is no elevator in this hotel and it’s not listed they don’t have one. I had elderly people that had a rough time with the steps with me and they were fully booked so they couldn’t put us on the lower level.」
