"Quiet neighborhood. Great location for doing MORE than just the “Vegas” thing. Close to freeways for getting out to Valley of Fire, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and just minutes from Red Rock Canyon. Convenient to regular stores for groceries, fast food, restaurants, etc. House is a little dated but everything worked fine. Kitchen was well equipped. Could have cooked a holiday meal for many without sweating it. Could have used a heads up that shampoo and soaps were not included but not a show-stopper. And of course the Strip is only a few minutes away for all the other stuff that folks like to do. "

"The people here are awesome, over and above what I've experienced even at expensive hotels. The rooms are clean, the bathroom good, AC fantastic. Towels and linens great. Close to freeway, restaurants and such, plus a HUGE gym next door for $20 a day guest pass. Cons: #1 there is NO JACUZZI. #2 It is not a pretty setting, it's surrounded by vacant lots which is great if you have your dog. #3 it's a $50 Uber ride to the strip, $100 RT. #4 The bed in our room was not exactly super comfortable and I came home with a backache. #5 The breakfast buffet was not nearly as good as others of the same chain and #6 there is NO COFFEE MAKER in the room (thanks TikTok chic showing everyone how to clean underwear in a coffee maker!). In general, the hotel is still perfect for sports teams, families and business trips. Probably not for the strip and such. PS, if you don't know, all rental cars are off airport and require TWO SHUTTLE RIDES which take 30-45 minutes. I will NEVER rent a car in Vegas again. "

"We were so happy with this home for the week! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4, and the location was great for easy access to Red Rock Canyon and Blue Diamond adventures as well as delicious restaurants, parks and great grocery stores. We have stayed in a lot of rental home throughout the years while traveling with young kids and it truly felt like things were really well thought out here. Highly recommend."

"The house had everything we needed. It was close to lots of shopping and restaurants. There were definitely some delicious spots minutes from the house. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything you may need, bathroom towels were great as was the toilet paper (a lot of Vrbos skimp here but not this time). The hot tub and pool were amazing and the app was super easy to use! We will most definitely visit this house again given the opportunity!"

"The house was perfect for our family Vegas getaway. Beds were super comfortable, location was excellent and the pool, basketball hoop and other amenities kept the kids busy and happy. Host was great to work with. We hope to return! Highly recommend. "

"Hotel was great, room had easy access from the parking lot with your room key. Location was well lite, I had no worries leaving my car at the location and breakfast was good too. Will definitely stay there again when in Vegas. "
