「I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The property itself is well maintained, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. What truly stood out was the staff — they were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very welcoming. There were, however, a few areas that could use improvement. The dining experience was below expectations, both in terms of food quality and the availability of plates...

「C’est sans contredit le plus complet et bel endroit pour séjourner dans la région de La Seu d’Urgell! Les repas étaient absolument délicieux, le centre de mieux-être était diversifié avec ses bains et espaces repos et le personnel nous a offert un service et une attention exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour! La visite du château avec un employé a également été un bel highlight! Je recommande sans contredit cet endroit! 」

「Good hotel with free easy parking. The twin room was a good size and quiet. Staff were friendly but they could clear your table as they pass by. An extra coffee machine would help at breakfast. Food was good. Location is good as away from the busier areas such as La Massana.」

「A new Hotel Much better than the 2 star rating. Clean, comfortable with great staff and superb breakfast to suit all tastes. Stayed for a short ski break 2026. A 5 min casual walk to the lifts, plenty of local shops and access to free ski locker. A nice change from some of Pas `s tired accommodation. 」

Nous avons dû décaler notre séjour en raison des conditions météorologiques, ils nous ont trouvé une autre chambre et offert un petit déjeuner pour s’excuser de ne pas avoir pu nous donner une chambre de la même catégorie que celle que nous avions initialement choisie. 」

「Room did not have a cattle nor a coffee maker. Staff was not necessary friendly. The gym only has benches with no weight, the 2 esteppets are not commercisl and don't work. There's no gym.」
