This was a very nice hotel, hot because there is no AC. The grounds were very lovely, but the restaurant was a little strange. But the food was overall good.

Amazing staff. Okey restaurant. Very dog friendly (with a cost) Very noisy due to the floor in the hallways and the old doors with huge gaps under makes it very loud when other guests pass and so on. If you are sensitive to noise like that - choose another hotell. But very clean and also nice beds. Another con is the breakfast open at 8? Like what?! At least seven is appropriate for a hotell, I had to leave early buy have already paid for the breakfast so that’s a shame that I could eat before I left.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful! They had a kids club with childcare and a free shuttle to the ski resort. The shopping center wasn’t too far either. We prepaid for breakfast and we were pleased with the selection of food.

Pros: - Location; only 5-10 min drive to the main city centre with all its shops, close enough to benefit from the city life but away from the hustle and bustle. Also very close to La Massana. - Spacious room - Modern and clean room and bathrooms - Great views - The premises are really nice; nice landscaping - Free parking. Extra parking lot across the street as well in case the parking is full. - Friendly and helpful staff; they were able to help me organize a Caldea spa visit. - Elevator - Fridge in room Cons: - Could benefit from improving soundproofing. It was mentioned in other reviews. We could hear what was going on in neighboring rooms and hallways. - The pillows were particularly uncomfortable (this is not something I usually note) - If not coming by car, it is a little bit of a climb from the main road, where the bus drops you off (the bus system is great in Andorra by the way!) Overall we had an excellent stay, it was a great value for money and we highly recommend it!

Very noisy. It's next to a very busy road and the noise is even throughout the night. It's a deal-breaker for me. So we didn't stay one more night as we were thinking about it. One of the female staff at breakfast was very rude. The breakfast wasn't included and we thought that like in all other hotels we'd pay for it at the checkout. But as we were leaving the dining hall, she loudly shouted breakfast and pointed at her cash register. I asked can we pay when we checkout. She rudely said: No, now! Eventually, their machine couldn't take our card and we had to go to the reception. I asked the receptionist did we have to pay at the dining hall. He said, no. That woman serving at the restaurant should be sent for a major retraining. She was morose during the breakfast itself too - unwillingly showed where things were, etc.

El mínimo necesario. Es lo que lo engloba todo no sirven las bebidas en el bar. Te las dejan en la barra y yate las llevarás tú así sea una copa o 6. Los servicios son justitos. La TV tiene conexión a internet y Netflix. Pero el hotel no te da servicio de internet en la TV porque dicen no tener ese servicio. Está dentro de lo normal pero muy justo en cuestión de servicio. La temperatura por la noche en la habitación es exagerada. Teniendo que abrir ventanas para poder dormir. Y cuando lo dices en recepción te contestan que no saben cómo solucionarlo. Y así todo

Beau séjour

Hôtel bien situé, propre et bien entretenu. Chambre insonorisée, bruit de voiture et de déplacement de meubles tous les jours dès 7h du matin Personnel compétent, polyglotte et aimable. Spa correct et petit déj très complet Chemin de randonnées et stations de ski à proximité. Parking gratuit et navette au départ de l'hôtel

Mooie uitvalbasis om Andorra te ontdekken

Mooi net hotel met goed ontbijt. Lobby mag gezelliger aangekleed worden en vaker worden schoongemaakt. Maar 1 koffieautomaat die niet op een handige plek staat. Sommige producten (bv jam) waren al op voordat ontbijt begon. Efficiëntie was soms ver te zoeken bij personeel. Maar kamers, bedden en badkamer prima! Mooie tijd gehad in Andorra!

Sehr gut

Hotel außerhalb der Stadt, schöne große Zimmer, modernes Bad, Frühstück ist top, Abendessen sehr gut, Pool im Park sehr schön. Parkplätze sind zu wenig vorhanden wenn Feierlichkeiten stattfinden. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist morgens zu wenig.
