"The front desk staff have been AMAZING!!!!"

"Didn’t have time to use any of the amenities as we were there to do college tours but the lighting in the room wasn’t great. There was one light bulb out in the bathroom and the others flickered the entire time we were trying to do makeup and hair. Just a suggestion, maybe change the bulbs to LED daylight or brighter in the bathroom. I understand the sustainability aspect but we are at another Hilton Honors hotel in WI and the lighting is amazing. The location, the staff, and the price were all on point but I actually stayed in the same hotel 26 years ago and it looked exactly the same. "

"Biggest complaint is that the shower design was very poor and even when the door was closed completely water was running out of the shower onto the floor outside making it very dangerous. Additionally, there was no fan in the bathroom which was less than ideal. The actual bedroom area was very nice, parking was safe and plentiful, and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. The fact that you have to request housekeeping the night before is kind of annoying. Also, I called twice to confirm my request for early check in and late check out and was assured it was put in the system, but upon arrival it turned out that was not the case. "

"This hotel was a hidden gem finding for me. It’s beautiful, room had very tall ceilings, electronic window shades, clean and was art deco/boutique style. "

"As I was navigating where to stay in Pittsburgh for my first time in the city, I wanted to find a property that was 1.) in a safe area 2.) pet friendly and 3.) had a variety of amenities that made the stay more comfortable- and this cozy, intimate VRBO hit all three! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. It being located right across the highway was not at all an issue for me in terms of noise levels, and it was conveniently located to not only the Strip District with many shops and coffee spots, but also downtown Pittsburgh. It was a great place to come back to after a busy few days of exploring. Adam was a great host as well, being prompt with messaging when I had any questions or concerns. Would stay here again if given the chance! "

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2 people for 5 days was pretty sparse. Most of the dishes and pots had food stuck on them and had to be washed before using. The price was good if it had been any higher we would have left and got a hotel room somewhere instead. "
