“I had a great stay at Hotel Casa Collins in Miami. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The receptionist was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. After I checked out, I needed a place to leave my luggage until the evening, and the hotel was happy to store it safely for me. That made it much easier to enjoy my last day in Miami without carrying my bags around. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a clean……

“The Ithaca had caught a fire so they moved me to the meridian hotel, which was nice! Staff were great surroundings were beautiful only problem that I had was it was no elevator and no microwave in the rooms.”

The Hotel also charged me when I called to dispute the double charge the Staff member hung up on me . Chase bank was on the call with me as proof of the horrible service. Stay at your own risk”

“South Beach is cross the street! Nice Cuba restuarant is just downstairs! Our room is roomy and quiet. However, the room and bath are not very clean and the be is too soft.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to the excessive noise levels. The first room was extremely noisy because of the constant street noise, so we requested a room change. However, the second room was even worse. In addition to the noise coming from outside, there was a continuous low-frequency humming sound accompanied by strong vibrations throughout the entire room, likely caused by air-conditioning units, ventilation systems, or other cooling equipment in the building.
