「The most precious part of this hotel is their staff, they are polite, helpful and passionate. We celebrated birthday there, before I arrived I asked the hotel to prepare some decorations(complimentary) in the room before we check in, and it turned out to be a big surprise that they presented a birthday cake and sang birthday song together once we arrived at the lobby felt like friends. We stayed at the residence suite this time, the room is spacious and clean, quiet at night, just a few steps...

「A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tuk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. 「This hotel is a bit far away from town, however, they offered the free ride service which is incredible! The staff there are very friendly and the bed is extremely comfortable. Some part of hotel is under maintenance right now. This could be very noisy and I made complaint twice and the staff kindly offered me the massage. In general, I feel like some service needs to be improved - e.g. the housing staff will not refill the snack/drinks until you asked them to as well as no one will come to...

「Very clean and cozy room. Beds are super comfortable and we especially enjoyed the bath there. Housekeepers are nice enough to have all our clothes folded properly. Not the busiest location which is good too because after a day trip to Angkor Wat you wouldnt want to stay at a hotel right next to the pub street. 10mins walk from the pub street though. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you! 」

「The staff at the hotel was really great. They areanged for a pick up from the airport and I forgot my phone in the taxi and the driver went away. It was then delivered to my room without any fuss. The rooms are clean and maintained well. Overall, it was a nice stay and good value for money.」
