  • The holiday home 'Casa Stevens' in Betlem is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV and DVD player, heating, a fan, air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

    The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and an outdoor shower. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool and a children's pool (no swimming after 8 pm, please do not dive into the pool for safety reasons) as well as a tennis court.

    There are 2 local restaurants nearby (Es Calo and Casa Blanca) as well as a coffee shop. The nearest supermarket is in Colonia San Pere (10 minutes away by car).

    A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

    Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

    Air conditioning should be turned off when leaving the property.

    No BBQs on the terraces.

    All children must be supervised.
