Mooie Finca met veel rust

Pros: Mooi Finca met voor Arta met veel rust en grote tuin. Mooi interieur. Keuken is iets minimalistisch maar voor de rest prima.

ottima scelta per casa e posizione

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 in questa casa meravigliosa e siamo stati veramente bene. Il luogo è molto tranquillo (era ciò che cercavamo) a pochi minuti d'auto dalla cittidina di Artà. La casa è arredata con gusto ed è assolutamente funzionale. Non abbiamo avuto necessità dell'aria condizionata perchè la notte la casa era fresca. L'accoglienza e la comunicazione con la padrona di casa sonostate ottime.

Pros: Ein modernes Haus, großzügig und geschmackvoll mit Kunstwerken eingerichtet! Schöner Garten und Terasse Cons: Die Küche könnte etwas üppiger ausgestattet sein.

Tolle Gegend; für alle, die eher etwas Abstand zum Tourismus suchen

Pros: Ein wunderschönes Haus, auf großem und abgesperrtem Grundstück, mit toller Terrasse und guter Aufteilung. Immerhin gibt es zwei Badezimmer (natürlich nur eines davon mit großer Dusche), und einen großen Esszimmer- Küche-Bereich, dazu viel eigene Bilder und Handwerks-Kunst. Wenn die Einrichtung vielleicht eher als schlicht zu bezeichnen ist, ist sie dennoch sehr geschmackvoll und bringt zusammen mit den hohen Decken im Wohnbereich ein tolles Wohngefühl. Hier kommt man gerne wieder 'nach Hause'. Es gibt hier außerdem sehr schnelles Internet (>250.000 MBit/s) und eine Photovoltaik-Anlage auf dem Grundstück (sichtbar aber nicht störend in einer Ecke des Grundstücks). Man sollte vielleicht noch erwähnen, dass die Hauptausrichtung des Hauses/der Terrasse zur Hauptstrasse (nach Arta) ist, und dass die Strasse durchaus immer hörbar ist, wenn auch durch viel Grün gedämpft. Es war für uns nie störend. Unsere beiden Gastgeber waren superlieb und immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit! DANKE!! Cons: Die Ausstattung in der Küche war neu, könnte aber vielleicht 1 Messer oder 2 Gabeln mehr umfassen, dass man nicht nach jedem Frühstück erst wieder abspülen muss; aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.
