This is a recently renewed house with an exceptional architectonic quality that you can feel also in the beautiful courtyard which achieves a perfect integration of the chlorine pool. No doubt, this is a little oasis sizing 4x2 metres and with a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.4 metres where you can cool off and relax after a delicious barbecue outdoors. Afterwards, you can bask in the sun while reading a good book on any of the two sun loungers. From here you can directly access the practical and useful open room that offers a kitchen, living room and dinin area all together and air-conditioned. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and coffee maker, among other appliances -to feel at home when you are cooking-, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The sitting area is ideal to have a rest, chat or watch TV on the comfortable sofas. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, three of them with a closet and the last one with a dressing room. On the main floor we find two bedrooms with two twin beds each and a shower bathroom for the whole floor.
