The apartment itself felt larger than in the pictures and had every amenity we needed for a two week stay. "This is a nice place to stay in the center of Colonia St. Pere. Only 50m from the local beach with a great view from the roof top terrasse and access to many restaurants along the water front. However, it is 3rd floor without lift, so be prepared to climb stairs and has no aircondition. It´s ok when nights get a bit cooler to chill the appartement. We loved it very much. "

"Der Aussenbereich ist schön, mit Grill. Im Garten stehen überall Orangen- und Zitronenbäume, die Petro (Besitzer) pflegt und hegt. Wir durften seine feinen Orangen, Zitronen pflücken und geniessen. Nur würden wir ein nächstes Mal in der wärmeren Zeit das Haus mieten, wo man draussen sein kann, da Eingang/Esstisch/Wohnraum nur 1 kleiner Raum ist und eng war um abends sich dort aufzuhalten (zum Essen, Wohnen..). Petro war sehr hilfsbereit, wenn was war. "

"Sehr schoene Finca, die fusslaeufig nach Arta gelegen ist. Das Haus bietet Platz fuer bis zu 6 Personen und ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Highlights sind die Terasse mit Pool und der tolle Blick auf die Kirche in Arta. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und die unmittelbare Naehe zu Arta.
