"We were completely disappointed that there is no functional pool at this hotel. We specifically picked a hotel with a pool while reserving. The lady at the desk said their pool hasn't been in use in over 2 years. My kids had been looking forward to the swim time. Too bad the listing hasn't been updated to reflect no pool. "

"We love the indoor lobby area and the outdoor courtyard, breakfast at the restaurant was good every morning. It was my 3rd year staying here however, and I have never seen the pool open. This was the first time I did see water in, yet, it was not open. Staff was friendly and accommodating. On-site restaurant wait staff was fantastic. Would stay again."

"This home was near Carlsbad Caverns and not too far from Guadalupe Mountains. While it is not as secluded as you might think, it was a nice home in the area with plenty of space to spread out. There is also a very nice courtyard area with a good grill. "

"The hot tub smells like pond scum and effluent and I couldn’t see the bottom of the pool because it was too cloudy. What a drag after hiking all day. "
