“Our stay here was comfortable and uneventful. Our family always looks for a hotel with an indoor pool so we chose this site. Our trip was to Carlsbad Cavern but we stayed in Artesia. The room at this hotel was very spacious. Cleanliness was on par with other hotels. Breakfast was usual. The gym had two treadmills that were not functioning. I informed the staff who did not seem aware of it. That would be the only nick on our stay lol.”

“The one true plus was the hot breakfast from the Lucky Duck.
It should have been posted on the website that the swimming pool was closed. That was a big big disappointment to me.

“You can tell at some point someone put money into this place to renovate it but it doesn’t mean much if it’s not maintained. I’m not a big complainer but I feel like cleanliness should be the bare minimum. I had some kind of food sauce (Chinese maybe) all over my desk on arrival.
