「We had an amazing 4 days at this wonderful property. It was the perfect place to explore the area and unwind on the lake. Easy access to the Soda City Market, The State House, Riverwalk, Antique Mall, Congaree National Park. The sunset cruise they provide was fantastic. Kerri and Randy were excellent hosts. We made some new friends. This was a 5 star experience.」

「College housemates now in our 50’s attending a wedding, we needed private rooms in a quiet location, close to the wedding events, and an easy stay. PERFECT! Lovely, shaded back porch for morning coffee, comfy living rooms for visiting, large driveway for our cars. Spotless house with no list of check out tasks save wash the dishes (which we would do anyway!). This house and host was a gem of a find for us.」

「I cannot say enuff about the setting and the views, just stunning. The home is as advertised and very comfortable for our group of 9. The entire staff was attentive and helpful with any minor requests. Truly a professionally run group. All of the rooms and home were clean and plenty of towels provided. I would recommend this home highly, and we already have planned to comeback during football season. Ty to all of you at Yellowtail, the home made our daughter’s graduation a week to remember.」

「The home was very nice I loved everything about it! There are some loud neighbors that are right on the other side of the fence but it didnt really bother us. But if you enjoy complete silence at night it may bother you. Overall we had an amazing stay and were super close to Fort Jackson to get onto post very quickly.」

「We stayed here for our son's army bt graduation, it was very clean, quiet, there's a park next door, the owner is easy to communicate with, the property is well stocked with everything you need and they even left a welcome sign personalized with my name! We didn't get to spend a lot of time in this property, as we were away on base for family day and graduation, day but it was a very nice place to sleep and relax when we needed to! 」

「Nasty outside and backside of the property. The parking lot was maintained, but the rest was grown up and had trash under the stairways where homeless people might have been living! We never heard back from the host to give instructions for getting in! We would never have stayed there!」
