DELUXE HOME, SEA VIEW AND TERRACE

A perfect place to enjoy a fantastic holiday by the sea, with the sound of the waves, a wonderful view of the north coast of the island, outside crowded areas and integrated into a local environment.

An ideal location to discover any corner of the island, ideal for surfers and water sports.

Located in the neighborhood of San Andrés and belonging to the municipality of Arucas, the house is a few meters from the sea, so you can enjoy fantastic views, the relaxing whisper of the sea and the refreshing breeze.

Ideal to integrate with the local population, it is customary to enjoy the coastal area daily. There are several natural pools, which are spaces gained from the sea and in which it is possible to safely enjoy a swim in any season, both for adults and children.

Wer sich abseits der touristischen Wege bewegen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Gute Ausgangslage um die Insel zu erkunnden. Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Überragend natürlich die Dachterrasse. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, für 6 Personen würde ich es allerdings nicht empfehlen. Dafür ist dann der Wohnbereich, Dachterrasse nicht ausgelegt.

L'hébergement est situé dans un endroit calme avec une superbe vue sur l'océan. Tout est bien équipé, confortable, très propre et moderne. Pas de stationnement privé, mais beaucoup de places de parking à proximité. Nous le recommandons et y reviendrions sans hésiter.

Lovely home from home

The house it is very well equipped with everything you will need for a happy luxurious stay with your family or friends. Plenty of space and spectacular sea view terrace and small patio by the kitchen area. Great decor and touches, also toys are there to entertain your kids. The area it is not touristy, not recommended if you looking for a lot of entertainment but would be perfect if you wish a peaceful holiday and just enjoy the sound of the sea. Found a much needed bottle of wine at our arrival. Definetely would stay again. Thank you to Alexis and family.

Very nice sea front house.

Very nice, clean, comfortable and modern house. Comfortable beds and modern bathroom. The ocean is very close ( there is only a small street and a parking between the house and the ocean). Stunning ocean view from the terrace located on the third floor. The property is in San Andres, which does not have charm but is right on the coast. The owner was very responsive to our needs.
