“I love this hotel! It’s clean and super safe (they have a security guard at the gate). The staff is helpful and welcoming. They can help you find restaurants, get a a taxi, even just answer questions about Tanzanian culture. Most speak very good English. The owner is onsite almost everyday and really nice. It felt like a home away from home. Don’t expect anything fancy though. The rooms are comfortable and clean but not luxurious. The top selling point is the atmosphere, which you can’t get at……

“We were taking the shuttle bus to Nairobi and we were picked up at this hotel. Very clean but the amenities are sparse: 1 towel, 1 bottle of water, 1 soap, no shampoo. Bathroom needs attention, no lighting above sink, faucet turns at base when turned on. Hot water for shower is a plus.”

“There were dust on the desk, bathroom and toilet were not cleaned, hotwater only came occassionally for shower. Only one towel for a couple. Kitchen is dirty. There are cockroach crawling allover the kitchen. Better clean your utensils before eating. The hotel didn't even have credit card charging machine. Watch out the owner will try to charge you 3% extra for using credit cards which is not on the Hotel.com statement. Don't have the hotel arrange your Safari trip. I thought he ordered from……
