The unit served our family of 5 well for the weekend. While a generally dated property, it was in clean condition and served our needs for the weekend. Basic cooking utensils were there for breakfast and our dinner prep."

"The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean."

"A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! The ceiling is very low! Tried...

"I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but our recent stay was disappointing. The room itself looked fine at first, but we found roaches during our stay. We purchased roach killer in hopes we would not bring roaches home. We should have know something was not right as we were told there was a booking issue and we could not stay in the unit booked. Then they tried to move us again. I think we should be refunded 100%. "

"The place was clean, but the area was not in a great location. I grew up in and near GF. The apartment was clean, but it Also needs more TLC. Especially the bathroom! My kids would not shower in it. They showered at my mom's townhouse. The house was very noisy as well. My daughter woke me one night stating she was woken up by a scream from outside. The apartment worked for us, but I cannot give a good review. We will not be staying there again."

"This is a wonderful property to rent! We have stayed here two years in a row now over the holidays and have been able to cook both a full Christmas meal last year and Thanksgiving meal this year. The apartment manager Doug is wonderful and so nice and accommodating. Cannot day enough nice things about him and it is so nice to be able to have a place to sprawl out with our family. Thanks again Doug and Jake for all of your help!"

"We didn’t hear from the owner on the rental day and were traveling from 2 states away already. I finally sent a message wondering why we hadn’t got any check in information…I was then informed that this rental was being rented out long term!! I had to fully pay the VRBO amount 10 months earlier and now it wasn’t available??!! He said he had another unit elsewhere and would get that ready for us! I was shocked! This wasn’t what we signed up for and our vacation was ruined!! BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS...
